TecsMojo sells tech organization and lifestyle accessories for cleaner setups, everyday productivity, and practical cable and device organization.

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us before returning any item. You can reach us at support@tecsmojo.com. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. An item may be eligible for return if it is unused, in its original condition, and returned with any included accessories, packaging, or parts where applicable.

Items may not be eligible for return if they are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, altered, hygiene-sensitive, final-sale, or otherwise marked as non-returnable on the product page or order details.

Please contact TecsMojo support before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@tecsmojo.com as soon as possible.

To help us review the issue, please include:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short explanation of the problem

We may review the information with our fulfillment partners or suppliers before offering a resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are not automatic. If a return or issue is approved, we will let you know the next steps and whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution is available.

Approved refunds are usually issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by a TecsMojo or fulfillment error.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided after a return request is reviewed and approved. Customers should not send items back before receiving return instructions from TecsMojo support.

Depending on the situation, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item was wrong, damaged, defective, or another store-side issue applies.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Some TecsMojo orders may be fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners or suppliers. This can affect return instructions, return location, and review timing. TecsMojo support will provide the appropriate next steps for each approved return.
